PFO
Cyprus's First Business Aviation AOC

Where European skies
meet the Eastern Med.

LifeWings is establishing Cyprus's first EASA-regulated business aviation operator, launching as an NCC in 2026 and progressing to full AOC certification by 2027. Anchored at Paphos. Built around the Pilatus PC‑24.

Pilatus PC‑24 EASA / CAA Cyprus NCC 2026 AOC 2027

Cyprus has never had a
home-grown business aviation operator.

The island sits at the crossroads of Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, yet business aviation has always depended on foreign-registered operators. LifeWings changes that. We are building Cyprus's first EASA-compliant Non-Commercial Complex (NCC) operation, with a clear regulatory roadmap to full Air Operator Certificate (AOC) status.

Operating under CAA Cyprus oversight, LifeWings brings institutional-grade standards to a market that has long been underserved, offering a premium, locally-anchored alternative for private aircraft owners, corporate travellers, and mission-critical transport needs across the region.
